One of the most widely used forms of trust is the Discretionary Trust. This enables assets to be used for the benefit of the beneficiaries in a manner and extent decided upon by the trustee at its discretion although taking account of the wishes of the Settlor.

• Initial meeting and consultation with Settlor and their respective professional advisers and intermediaries in order to clearly understand intended Trust arrangement and wishes
• Trust formation and on-going administration in accordance with the Trust Deed
• Provision of corporate trustees
• Maintenance of bank accounts, investment portfolios and provision of account signatories
• Bookkeeping, accounts preparation and regular reporting of financial information as required
• Formation and administration of required offshore holding companies, including the provision of Registered Agent & Office, Professional Directors, Nominee Shareholders and Company Secretary
• Consultation and communication with legal advisers, auditors, financial advisers, portfolio managers, banks as and where appropriate
