Richard Johnston

Rick has over 25 years accounting experience, with 12 of those years as a partner with Grant Thornton, Auckland.  In 2003 he and his brother Willy set up Johnston Associates Chartered Accountants Limited (JACAL), an accounting and consultancy practice.

Rick also has corporate finance experience specifically in M&As and IPOs. Rick has been a director of both private and publicly listed companies.

He is currently a Government appointed Chairperson of a Public Health Organisation (PHO), and acts as a professional trustee for high net worth individuals.
