Michelle Carvill is an Irish National and joined SHRM in 2005. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Ulster, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Prior to joining SHRM, Michelle was a Financial Accounting Supervisor with BNP Paribas Security Services (formerly Cogent). Michelle has worked in audit, fund accounting, financial reporting and compliance roles in Luxembourg.

Michelle is the head of Accounting & Administration.

She is the accredited SHRM compliance officer with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and is a full member of the Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers (ALCO).
